I collect and process your personal data for the following purposes: to respond to your enquiry (legal basis: legitimate interests); to fulfil a booking or service agreement (legal basis: performance of a contract); and to comply with legal obligations (legal basis: legal obligation).

Your data is received into my secure email inbox and stored within Wix Bookings and Google Calendar. I take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

7. How long I keep your data

​

I retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Enquiry data from individuals who did not become clients is retained for 12 months. Client data relating to a contract or engagement is retained for 6 years in line with standard legal and financial record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see section 10).

8. Third parties I share your data with

I share your data only where necessary and with the following third parties: Wix.com, my website platform, which processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy and is GDPR compliant; and Google Calendar, used to manage appointment scheduling, which processes data in accordance with its privacy policy and is GDPR compliant. I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.

9. International data transfers

Some of the third-party services I use may process your data outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area. Where this occurs, I ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions, in accordance with UK GDPR and EU GDPR requirements.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data: the right to access the data I hold about you; the right to have inaccurate data corrected; the right to request deletion of your data; the right to restrict or object to processing; the right to data portability; the right to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent; and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
