02.Ad Hoc Support
Flexible support billed at £35 per hour. Before any task begins you'll receive a time estimate and invoice. If a task takes longer than estimated, you'll be notified before work continues and invoiced for any additional time.
03.Starter Retainer
£700 per month. Up to 20 hours of dedicated support per month, roughly 5 hours per week. Ideal for solo practitioners with a moderate caseload who want consistent, reliable admin support without a large commitment. Billed monthly.
04.Full Practice Retainer
£1,400 per month. Up to 40 hours of dedicated support per month, roughly 10 hours per week. Ideal for busier practitioners managing higher enquiry volumes or multiple locations who need comprehensive, ongoing support. Billed monthly.
